1. Who is Bagg Lady Gems? Bagg Lady Gems consist of three partners – Tracey (Delaware); Nicolle (Maryland); and Dawn (California). These three ladies are full-time employees working for individual agencies. In their downtime they have found a niche in beading, specifically foot jewelry. Using patience and care each lady has an individual style of their own.
2. What does “BAGG” stand for? Believe All things are for the Goodness of God (Guided by Romans 8:28)
3. What type of materials and beads does Bagg Lady Gems use? We use Swarovski Rhinestone Balls, Swarovski filler beads, regular beads, Stretch Bead / Jewelry Cord, and Clasps (toggle, ball and socket, and magnetic).
4. Will water affect my foot jewelry? We at Bagg Lady Gems do not suggest allowing your foot jewelry or toe rings to come in contact with water (i.e. - bathing, shower, pool, ocean water, hot tub etc).
5. What are Bagg Lady Gem's payment options? We accept Checks, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and Discover.
6. What form of shipping does Bagg Lady Gems use? We ship via USPS Priority mail unless Express is preferred.
7. Do you offer Boot Jewelry, Hand Jewelry or Necklaces? Currently we do not offer boot jewelry, hand jewelry, or necklaces. We are in the process of adding those items to our web site as customer requests come in. Please let us know if these are items of interest.
8. Does Bagg Lady Gems make Foot Jewelry or Toe Rings for children? Because of the possibility of choking or swallowing, we do not make foot jewelry or toe rings for children.
9. What is Bagg Lady Gems’ policy on returns? There are no returns for custom made foot jewelry, however if your foot jewelry breaks we will replace (not duplicate) once within 30 days of purchase.
