We ladies of Bagg Lady Gems come with a broad spectrum of professional experience and service to our country and founded our company with the highest of business and ethical standards.   Tracey, a 23 year veteran of the Federal Government, has a passion for customer service and is the catalyst for making Bagg Lady Gems a reality.  Nicolle is a decorated veteran of the Iraqi war and makes the travel portion of the Bagg Lady operation run smoothly.  Dawn from California has been employed by the Federal Government for the past 27 years and brings a high level of business and creative skills to both.  Together as friends and business partners we are proud to make a difference.

Tied to our core business model is our commitment to philanthropic activity, specifically through helping service members through our affiliate not for profit Company, Bagg Lady Travel Services. The travel company was formed with a mission of assisting those service members of the United States Armed Forces who were wounded while faithfully serving their country in:

• Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF)
• Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF – Afghanistan)
• Surviving members of the Posthumous (to include suicide victims)

Bagg Lady Gems is dedicated to supporting these service members who have sustained permanent physical injuries as a result of serving our country.  The goal is to work hand in hand with our travel partner to send eligible military personnel on one (1) all expense paid vacation as our way to say thank you for helping to keep us free.
